Fun in the Kitchen

We received this handmade cabinet from a friend for our girls. They just love it. I've had many cups of delicious tea lately.
Thanks C!

A Typical School Day

Here are some pictures of the kids on a typical school day.

Joanna hard at work typing up a paper.

Caleb likes to work by the warm fire.

Eliana having a break. She's playing with her new wikki stix.

Hmmm....Where's Karis? I haven't seen her in a while.

Oh, no. She's been here. Having fun with the scissors.

Well, I'll assume she was trying to clean the mirror in the bathroom.

Guess I better get off the computer and find her.

Pictures of Kids

My brother took these pictures of the kids. Thanks Scott!

Ice Cream Truck in February!

The temperature has been crazy. Up one week and down the next. We even had a swing of about 95 degrees one week. Well, it's in the 70s again and one of the neighbors bought all the kids in the neighborhood a treat from the ice cream truck.

The Beginning of Extreme

We enjoy watching Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and were excited to hear that they are working on a new home build a couple miles down the road. The kids were bummed that you have to be over 18 years old to volunteer!

We headed over to see the beginning of this project. Not too extreme yet, but it will be in just a couple of days. It'll be fun to watch this episode when it airs.

Gifts from Grandparents

Grandma F made some aprons for all the girls and their cousins too.

The girls are ready to help in the kitchen.

We received Christmas presents from Boomba & Grandpa on the same day. The kids enjoyed the extended Christmas!

This present is actually for mom & dad, but Caleb confiscated it. It was a puzzle box with a check inside. In order to get the check out, you had to solve the puzzle.
Caleb to the rescue!

Snow Ice Cream

On one of our snowy days, we made some chocolate snow ice cream.
Karis enjoyed it!
